We started AKArctic Press Co. to bring high-quality, custom apparel and merch to the Mat-Su Valley. From school spirit wear to business uniforms and one-of-a-kind designs, every item is created with care and proudly pressed right here in Alaska.
Our mission is simple: to create apparel that brings people together while supporting our local community.
Using professional DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers, we press durable, vibrant designs that last wash after wash. Whether you need a custom design created from scratch or want your logo printed on shirts, hoodies, or business gear, we’ll make sure your ideas come to life.
You’ll usually find me working with my two dogs nearby. They make sure I’m never alone during late nights, holiday projects, and busy seasons, and they approve every finished piece.

Refund / Return Policy
At AKArctic Press Co, every item is made to order, which means I don’t keep large amounts of ready-to-ship inventory. Because of this:
-All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
-If there’s an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem.
-If approved, I’ll remake your item or issue a replacement at no extra cost.
Custom and bulk orders are non-refundable once production has started.

Shipping Policy
Processing Time
-Some items are premade and ship out within 1 business day.
-Made-to-order items take 7-10 business days to prepare before shipping.
Shipping Methods
-All orders ship via USPS.
-T-shirts typically ship First Class Mail.
-Crewnecks and hoodies ship Priority Mail.
-Tracking numbers are provided once your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
-USPS First Class: 2–5 business days after processing.
-USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after processing.
-Delivery times may vary due to weather or USPS delays (especially in Alaska).
Local Pickup & Delivery
-If you’re in Wasilla, Palmer, or the Mat-Su Valley area, you can select Local Pickup/Delivery at checkout.
-I’ll contact you directly to arrange a convenient time.
PO Boxes & Addresses
-Yes! USPS delivers to PO Boxes.
-Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
-Once an order is shipped, USPS is responsible for delivery.
-If your package is lost or delayed, please contact USPS with your tracking number. I’ll do my best to help, but I cannot replace orders delayed or lost by USPS.
